Frequently Asked Questions

Q: How long before my order ships?

A: Most orders ship the same day or on the next business day.  We will contact you if there will be any delay with your shipment.


Q: Is my credit card information safe?

A: Yes, your credit card information is transmitted directly to the payment processor via a secure connection.  Your card information is not kept in our system.  We follow all compliance regulations related to credit card transactions.


Q: Do you have other parts that are not on the website?

A: Yes, we do.  We have many parts in our inventory and we can drop ship parts that we don't have in stock directly to you.
 

Q: Are all items listed on the website in stock and ready to ship?

A: We have a large inventory of parts & accessories in stock.  Most items are in stock and ready to ship, however there may be times when our in stock quantities are low due to daily in house sales.   We may drop ship items from manufacturers or other warehouses, so it's possible your item will be shipped by a different shipping method than picked at checkout.
