Q: How long will it take to receive my order
A: We ship as quickly as possible. Orders placed before 10:00 am eastern time will typically ship the same day. All other orders should ship the following business day. Estimated transit times are provided during checkout.
Q: Is my credit card information safe?
A: Yes, your credit card information is transmitted directly to the payment processor via a secure connection. Your card information is not kept in our system. We follow all compliance regulations related to credit card transactions.
Q: Do you have other parts that are not on the website?
A: Yes, we do. We have many parts in our inventory and also have the ability to drop ship parts that we don't have in stock.
Q: Are all items listed on the website in stock and ready to ship?
A: We have a large inventory of parts & accessories in stock. Most items are in stock and ready to ship, however there may be times when our in stock quantities are low due to daily in house sales. We will contact you if there is any problem with quantity in stock. We can also drop ship items from manufacturers or other warehouses.
Q: I'm local, can I pickup my order?
A: Yes, during checkout if your shipping state is NY you will be offered an option to pickup your order at our warehouse with no shipping charge. If you are in another state and want your order picked up by someone local please contact us and we will make arrangements. Local sales tax applies to all orders placed and picked up in NY state.
